Hidden gem in the city
The downtown location was perfect!
However, it was disappointing that there was no hot water during our stay on two occasions. Checking in was also frustrating with the long walk to parking.

I loved how easy it was to walk to the Music City Walk of Fame Park and the Ryman Auditorium, both just a few steps away, making my weekend strolls super enjoyable. it really felt like a cozy retreat opened right into the heart of great music and food spots!

Beautiful decor and cozy atmosphere.
It was challenging to carry our luggage from the distant parking area. The room lacked basic amenities, and we felt cramped without any natural light. It was disheartening to feel so uncomfortable during our stay.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the action. We visited the local museums and enjoyed live music nearby. Just a heads-up, the kitchen could use more utensils, but overall, we loved the spacious loft and the full amenities it offered!
We did find the kitchen wasn't stocked with enough coffee cups for all five of us, which was a bit inconvenient during our stay.

Clean with a nice walk-in closet, but the iron needed attention. Appreciate the helpful staff. they promptly addressed our concerns. Dining options could be expanded, as we missed local favorites like shabu-shabu.
